There I found a beginner routine with links to Antranik's videos for pre-warmup movements, warmup planks, and proper pushup form. These started me on my journey, and soon I was doing dips, handstands, and single-leg squats, too. Minimal Time for Maximum Gains

Bodyweight training programs are great because they’re just as effective for building strength as hitting any of those complicated machines at the gym. They’re way more accessible. It’s easy to start and move through the routines without having to worry about having the right equipment. Bodyweight exercises also increase your mind and body connection while working out the whole body, not just targeting one muscle group. 

On top of all that, these exercises are low cost (because, again, no equipment is needed) and you can complete them anywhere. The park while the kids are playing, in between Zoom meetings if you work from home, your hotel room while traveling—make the world your gym.
